Nice one, Edward. "Concentration" is also a left-brain activity, and we want consciousness to be balanced with the left-brain, roaming free.

I do a breath-based "energy-flow" practice. You focus on the breath long enough to stimulate & experience internal energy activations. Then you "dwell" (rather than mentally "focus" on the feelings they produce.

Somewhere, someone wrote a book with a title like "Happiness is the Path", or "Happiness is the Key". Something like that. When you experience that energy activation, it's a mini "spiritual orgasm"--literally UP lifting. (I recommend it highly! :__)
