Good god. Yet another "study" that finally catches up with what science told us 20 YEARS AGO. To wit: Saturated fat does NOT form plaques. Plaques are formed by OXIDATED fats--as in trans fats, formed by partial hydrogenation and by ALL commercial processing of (otherwise health) VEGETABLE OILs. It's the oils in fast foods and packaged foods that have been killing people. Not beef, milk, eggs, and cheese. These nutritional "scientists" you cite are not worthy of the name. (Pardon my vitriol, but this study was patently unnecessary. More importantly, it's a CONFIRMATION of what we ALREADY KNOW. There is nothing "new" about it.
